An excellent location between two major highways

Our new logistics center is located in Tuusula, approximately 30 km north of Helsinki. Tuusula offers an ideal location, just a 13-minute drive from Helsinki Airport and situated between two major highways—Helsinki-Tuusula and Helsinki-Lahti (E75)—providing fast connections to ports.

The logistics center is only a 5-minute drive from both highways.

Highway E75 is Finland’s busiest freight route, transporting over 2.5 million ton-kilometers annually. It serves as the country’s most active road for retail shipments.

Additionally, the majority of other industries also transport freight via Highway E75 to southern ports and urban centers.

Modern and Sustainable Logistics Center

The Tuusula logistics center consists of a heated warehouse, a covered outdoor shelter, and supporting office, social, and technical facilities. The total leasable area is 38,384 m².

Our logistics center is designed for energy efficiency and built according to the BREEAM Excellent certification.

ESG considerations play a key role throughout both the construction and operational phases. In practice, this means eco-friendly energy solutions, such as geothermal heating and solar panels.

The center will also utilize energy-efficient lithium-ion battery technology for forklifts.
